Ror2 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the ror2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all ror2 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ror2 platform—including website, mobile app, or related services—you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To use the ror2 platform, you must:
- At least 18 years old on the date of registration;
- An individual with the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Malaysian law;
- Not listed as banned individuals from online betting or gambling activities under local laws;
- Registering in your own name, not on behalf of a third party.
Ror2 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. If the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate, the account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active ror2 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. ror2 accepts no liability for any losses arising from inaccurate information.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be done by you. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact ror2 customer support immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from using the ror2 platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or any actions intended to deceive the platform or other users. ror2 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ror2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are registered in their own name. Using third-party payment methods without permission is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Minimum deposits and transaction limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen, including DuitNow, Boost, and FPX. The latest limits can be found in your account settings after login.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
- The bank account or digital wallet name must match the registered ror2 account name;
- Ror2 reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawals for security review if unusual activity is detected;
- Withdrawals proven to result from fraudulent activities will be cancelled and the related funds frozen.
Ror2 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by factors outside our control, including banking system failures or disruptions from third-party payment providers.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Permitted Use
The ror2 platform is intended solely for registered users who meet eligibility criteria for personal entertainment use. Users are permitted to access all platform features under the stated terms, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports, and roulette.
Any use of automated tools, bots, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden. ror2 employs monitoring systems to detect abnormal activity and reserves the right to take action, including terminating accounts without prior notice.
Platform Liability Limits
Ror2 provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees that the platform will be free from technical errors or service interruptions. We are not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including internet outages or scheduled maintenance.
Ror2’s total liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Ror2 reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate user accounts without prior notice if there is strong evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, including:
- Registering multiple accounts or lending your account to others;
- Providing false registration information;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities;
- Abuse of platform promotions or bonuses in ways not intended;
- Actions that may damage the reputation or operations of ror2.
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, the balance may be frozen subject to internal review. Users may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of termination.
All content on the ror2 platform, including logos, text, UI design, and brand names, is the property of ror2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written permission.
The ror2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ror2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Users who access these links do so at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Ror2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is deemed acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved initially through negotiation, or failing that, under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of this document and will not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.
